Q6. I don't receive E-mails from FxClix. Why is this?
Every E-mail provider and program has its own definition of spam. Please check your Junk or Spam folder regularly. We strongly advise giving emails from FxClix automatic approved status so they are put straight into your inbox.

Q7. What is CPA?
CPA stands for “cost per acquisition” - A CPA plan is limited to your referred trader first real deposit to one of our clients.

Q8. What is “revenue share”?
You are guaranteed a percentage of earnings from the deposit made by a trader referred by you.
Q9. What is Forex?
The foreign exchange market (currency, Forex, or FX) is the arena where currency trading takes place. Banks and other institutions facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currencies.
Q10. What is a news feed?
A web feed (or news feed) is a format used for providing users with frequently updated content. A content provider publishes a feed link on their site which end users can receive and read using a feed reader or a news reader that is installed on their computers.
Q11. What is a landing page?
It is the page where customers arrive after they have clicked on a banner, text, icon etc…This is where they insert their contact details in order to get a call back. When the landing page is customized and well written it can dramatically improve conversion rates.
Q12. I have a number of websites. Do I need a separate account for each one?
Our sophisticated affiliate program allows you to track income and traffic performances from as many traffic sources you need. Payment
Q16. How do I get paid and what payment methods are available?
We offer our affiliates four payment methods: Wire transfer, Neteller, MoneyBookers and Paypal. The minimum payout amount for WireTransfer transactions is $200. Payouts made through Neteller, MoneyBookers and Paypal require a minimum transfer of only $5.
Q17. How often will I get paid?
Affiliates will be paid within ten days following the end of each calendar month.
Q18. How are payments made?
At the end of the month you receive a statement showing all your earnings for that month. Once you have returned your signed statement (within 5 days), our payment department will transfer your earningsyou. Payment methods include Pay Pal, NeTeller and wire transfer - you choose the payment method that you prefer.

Q27. What is the 2 tier sub affiliate program?
Sub-Affiliates is a 3rd party you contacted and linked to the site and generated traffic via your dedicated links. FxClix offer a 2-tier program, where affiliates will gain additional income by letting sub-affiliates work for you.
The 2-tier program works as follows;
As an affiliate you are given a unique code that is embedded in the tracking code. Each affiliate that registers through you will, in effect, carry with him your unique ID and will be credited to you. This way you will enjoy payments based on your affiliates profits

If you choose to earn “Spreadshare” commission (based on the volume of trade executed by your referred clients) then there is no limit to the amount you can earn! If you choose CPA commission, then you will receive a fixed amount (agreed in advance) for each client you bring us.
Q31. Does FxClix pay it’s partners for leads?
For the most part we do not pay our marketing partners per lead, however if your traffic proves to be of a high enough quality then this may be possible.

Q37. How can I monitor and track my traffic?
Log into your Fxclix affiliate account and click on "Reports", choose “Media Report”You can then check your traffic performance and conversion rates. In your statistics you can view the following:impression, clicks, , leads and first depositors that your media generates.
Most importantly - you can see how much cash you have earned in the “Earning Report”.
The stats system is updated online on a 24/7 basis, so you always know what your current status is.
We provide our affiliates with the most advanced and comprehensive system to track and monitor all aspects of their affiliate program on-line and in real-time. You have access to up-to-date information about the traffic referred by you and the amount of money earned through the traffic as well as statistical tools and other information.
Q38. How do I create a tracking code ?
In order to create a tracking code, follow these four steps:
- Go to the Promotions and Marketing tools section
- Choose your media (e.g banner, text, widget…)
- Choose a landing page
- Get your link and start earning money
Q39. How can I be sure that I get credit for the traffic I send to the site?
As an affiliate, you get a unique ID which is embedded in the tracking code. All the tools, icons, links and banners we provide will carry your tracking code. With any click on a link, your unique ID is registered and it becomes “yours”. Your account will be credited based on earnings from traffic referred by you and on the reward plan you chose.
Q40. How do I keep track my income?
Log into your FxClix account, then go to the reports section and choose “earning reports”. Now you can check how much money you earned each month, and evaluate your overall progress.
